Inside Sales Reps - We are experiencing record growth and are looking for smart and persuasive individuals to join us in an entry-level sales role.

Experience is great but not a necessity. We are willing to teach the right candidates!
If you are a recent college graduate or just plain smart and hungry, and are interested in selling wireless network equipment for an up and coming wireless manufacturer, read on!

As an inside sales representative your responsibilities will include:

* Use phone, email, and fax to sell AIRAYA WirelessGRID products to a defined geographic region * Gain an in-depth understanding of outdoor wireless broadband and their use in telecom networks worldwide * Explain our products' benefits versus the competition * Work with local, city, state, and federal prospects to define projects for their public safety applications. * Compose basic proposals and negotiate agreements * Meet or exceed sales targets * Have Fun!

Requirements include: 4-year college degree or comparable experience; and an aptitude for sales. Knowledge of computer networks.

Outside Sales Professionals - AIRAYA is looking for highly motivated sales professionals to develop territories in the U.S.A, Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.
