AIRAYA, Corp was formed as a Delaware Corporation in November 2001 by Mike Nydam and Bill Pabst. The company was initially funded by the founders and a small number of outside investors. All new development projects are funded with cash flow generated by company operations.

Our headquarters are located in Morgan Hill, CA, USA, with regional sales and support offices in Singapore and Switzerland
